FAQ

No, Aera Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, referral codes, or on orders containing discounted items.

Are any of the items in your cart Subscribe & Save items? If so, Rewards points cannot be redeemed on orders containing subscription items. To use your Rewards, switch the items in your cart to a "One-time Purchase," and click Checkout. Once in Checkout, you can select your rewards you'd like to redeem.

Additionally, if you're on a Checkout that says "Shop Pay" at the top, click "Checkout as guest" at the bottom. That will take you to our Aera checkout page so you can redeem your rewards.
