Aera for Home $200 Shopping Spree Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Aera for Home $200 Shopping Spree Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Aera for Home, Prolitec, Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up for email and SMS updates on the Aera for Home website (aeraforhome.com). By signing up, participants automatically gain one entry into the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway runs monthly, with each month's entry period beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of the month. Aera for Home reserves the right to end the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month to receive a $200 gift card on the Aera for Home website (aeraforhome.com). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via SMS using the phone number provided during the sign-up process. The winner will also be announced on Aera for Home's social media channels and website. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Privacy: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive email and SMS updates from Aera for Home. Participant information will be used in accordance with Aera for Home's Privacy Policy.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Aera for Home to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions: Aera for Home reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: Aera for Home and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.
Governing Law: The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
