How Subscriptions Work
Pick your favorite fragrances to receive on the regular. Choose delivery every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months.
You’ll get a 10% discount off the normal price, automatically. Easy peasy.
Change the frequency, swap, skip, add, pause or remove any time. (2-shipment minimum.)
What if I'm getting too much or not enough?
No problem. Log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions.' Choose 'Edit' next to the fragrance you'd like to see more or less often and click 'Change Frequency'. If you need assistance, customer care is at the ready!
I feel like switching it up, how do I do that?
Go for it! Log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. Choose 'Swap' next to the fragrance you'd like to change and pick the fragrance you'd like instead. Then sit back and keep saving 🙂. If you need assistance, customer care is at the ready!
I'm taking an extended holiday, how do I pause?
Oooo, fun. Just log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. Choose 'Edit' next to the fragrances you need to pause. Click 'Pause until…' and enter the date you'd like to resume. This will be the next time we process your order. If you need assistance, customer care is at the ready. And safe travels!
How does it work with seasonal subscriptions?
If you subscribe to a seasonal fragrance, and the fragrance becomes unavailable, we will choose a popular new scent for you. You may, of course, swap or remove at any time.
*If this doesn't work for me, is it easy to cancel?
Sure is! Log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. Choose 'Cancel' next to the fragrance(s) you’d like to cancel. There is a 2-shipment minimum required in order to give you our special subscription price. If you cancel before you've received your second shipment you'll be charged the full price.
Am I able to use a promo code with my subscription orders?
Unfortunately, no. Promo codes including sampling credits and Refer a Friend rewards are not valid on orders that contain subscription products. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care team. Including what's in your cart in your message will help us to better assist you.
